apparently today is the hottest day ever. didn’t seem that hot to me. spent most of it recording this. on monday, just gone, booked ranscombe studio again, i think for august 2nd. last time we got 12 songs = an album in a day, so will try for same again. no acoustic songs this time. over last couple of days recorded vox and guitar demos . will prepare some bass and drums this time. at least bass. i also posed for a head shot, used for the cover. most of my out of timeness i because the recorder won’t play what i’m playing to at the right volume, so i cant hear what im playing to. double vocals are just waiting for my solo parts to come round on track 2. won’t be double tracking anything at ranscombe.

this song took a long time. i think just one more and i’ll have enough for another day in Ranscombe.
