Two oil and compressed charcoal on paper paintings done today (see video above). Today feels Beltane. Before this morning, I’d never heard of it, but I follow Neo Heart, from whom of it I learned. Today is Beltane. Pack R, created yesterday, resulted from pelvic thrusting fertilities and optimisms arising in me recently that I haven’t felt in years. Today they rage stronger still. If tomorrow I feel substantially less fertile and optimistic, it will have correlated perfectly with the approach, celebration and hangover of Beltane.

I’ve been sat on ideas around The Fembot Oracle, the complicated future direction of Black Ivory Printmaking & Audio Club, and the copy of Monsieur Tourette Awakens in Mid-Tic: a retaliatory fiction by Ron Throop, that had been sat under a lampshade in our front room for months. Out of nowhere, I purchased The Fembot Oracle, married a dormant set of unpublished woodcut prints to Monsieur Tourette Awakens in Mid-Tic: a retaliatory fiction, and kicked my nebulaic ideas for Black Ivory Printmaking & Audio Club back into the long grass. Will our colliding stars form into a giant spectacle of wonder and delight, or collapse into a dense black hole of absolute nothingness? Stay tuned.
