Stuckism Song, 6th April 2023 at Black Ivory Printmaking & Audio Club.

Last night Emma and I played a new song called Stuckism Song. I wrote it yesterday over the top of the music to another of my songs, House Hound. The full band practice can be watched HERE. Stats show we’re big in Finland.

We’re The Other Muswell Hill Stuckists.
We’re the Turner Prize Brit Artist Conceptual Artists.
Nurse Ratched shit in my head.

Well, at least the counterculture hate us.
Those trendy masturbators.

The counterculture hate us.
The lecture ramificators.

We’re the mis-artists.
Hipsters hate us.

I’m fucking the stars.
Billy and both the Charles.

We hate conceptual art.
It’s too perculiar.

Success to the conceptual artist is to stay in bed and wank.

Artists that don’t paint aren’t artists.
Artists that are Stuckist are fartists.
Artists that complain are fartists.
The Stuckists are all fartists.

Painting is the future of art if it’s figurative with ideas.

Our demos make the hipsters cringe.
Instead of cocks they have minge.
They’re heroes.

Success.
Success.
Success.
This song is stuck, stuck, stuck.

Heckel’s Horse Jr. is not to be confused with Heckel’s Horse.

Heckel’s Horse Jr. is an alias used by Edgeworth Johnstone. Under this alias, Johnstone paints works based on Heckel’s Horse paintings in his home studio in Muswell Hill, London.

Heckel’s Horse is a painting collaboration between Billy Childish and Edgeworth Johnstone. Since 2013, Childish and Johnstone have made roughly 200 paintings together, at Childish’s studio in Chatham Dockyard.
